What You Will Do:

Delivery Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timelines, quality, and contractual obligations are met.

  • Coordinate and execute Sales Order Changes (SOCs), updating schedules and minimizing disruptions.

  • Lead twice weekly delivery meetings with Airbus, address potential issues, and align on requirements.

  • Develop and share action plans to resolve delivery challenges.

  • Prepare, update, and issue the Line of Balance (LOB) to track and communicate delivery progress effectively.

Customer Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary contact for Airbus, confirming delivery schedules, resolving issues, and providing updates.

  • Collaborate with Customer Support for spare engine deliveries to airline operators and lessors, executing internal processes to meet customer purchase order requirements.

Logistics Oversight:

  • Plan and execute shipments with internal and external logistics teams.

  • Ensure compliance with export/import regulations and verify documentation accuracy.

  • Ensure sufficient inventory of shipping stands to meet production demand.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with operations (PW and MTU), Pratt & Whitney (P&W) on-site support teams, and quality assurance to synchronize delivery schedules and resolve challenges.

  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and P&W at Airbus facilities.

Risk Mitigation:

  • Identify and address risks to on-time delivery with proactive mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor product readiness and escalating issues affecting timelines.

  • Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on delivery performance and improvement plans. Present at weekly Programs PMT.

Financials:

  • Collaborate with customer support, finance, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery of products to meet financial targets.

  • Track and report financial performance metrics related to delivery operations.

  • Support budget planning and cost optimization initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

What You Will Learn:

The process of delivering our completed engine product from our OEM manufacturing facilities and installed on new production aircraft at Airbus. The challenges to overcome in sequencing delivery to match Airbus production schedule. Ultimately, gain first hand delivery awareness of the end customer receiving our product and going into service.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience; Or Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience to include the following:

  • logistics, supply chain, or program management (aerospace industry preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of product delivery, planning, and shipping.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and responsibilities in a dynamic, fast paced work environment.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering,

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external customers

  • Experience working directly with Airframer

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and logistics/planning software.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
