MS301: 19859 Highway 80, Forest 19859 Highway 80 CMC Forest, Forest, MS, 39074 USAThe F-15 Program Operations Manager is the Operations Point of Contact for program customers, program managers, and other functional partners within the F-15 Sustainment Programs. This person is responsible for the effective implementation of operations on multiple contracts. This position has the responsibility to focus on all tasks associated with operations for F-15 Sustainment within the Strategic Business Unit (SBU), Secure Sensor Solutions (S3).
These tasks include, but are not limited to; Input and presentation at various reviews such as Program Performance Reviews (PPRs), Estimate at Completion (EACs), Internal Reviews (IR) / Gate Reviews, etc. They are responsible to provide status updates, forecasts, metrics on repairs, spares, lay-in material, as well as update and communicate PROP forecasts that support capacity updates and resource planning. The role of the Sustainment Manager is especially critical to be heavily engaged in the Factory Operations, closely aligned with the Operations Program Manager (OPM) partner. They will manager the requirements between factories for material and test equipment utilization and updates such as RFNIU, ATO, etc. They will lead and engage in Root Cause Corrective Action investigations, support contract start-up (FEOTB) through program closure, review and approve drawing updates and provide effectivity, oversee SRU repairs and spares, and develop cross-site activities. Additionally, they will be responsible for Capital and Facilities projects, coordinate Appropriations Requests (AR), and manager schedule/budget.
The responsibilities of this role are a key enabler to the F-15 Sustainment Programs and support all activities with delivering product to our customers. This position helps drive the Product Line vision and strategy with the Program Director, working closely with the Factory CMC partners to ensure flawless implementation of the APG-63 and APG-82 Sustainment Programs.

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited university
