SUMMARY: Direct and coordinate all plant operations and maintenance within company policies and procedures;

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High school degree or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
Experience: At least four years of plant supervisory experience required. Must have a minimum of four years of Rendering knowledge and experience. Direction of plant operations and wastewater knowledge helpful.
Computer Skills: Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written skills.
Supervisory: Yes.
Travel: 3 - 6 trips per year domestic and possible international trips
