Job Overview:

Job Responsibilities:Drive sales growth and increase return on investment (RoI) for Pavilions in the region through strategic sales programs and initiatives.Create and implement effective demand generation strategies to boost product sales and market presence within the region.Identify potential retail outlets who can be onboarded to Pavilion program. Build and maintain strong relationships with Pavilions, distributors & retailers. Conduct regular visits to Pavilions to provide support, gather feedback, and strengthen partnerships.Identify new geographic areas based on geo catchment analysis to maximize market penetration, propose innovative business options to drive growth.Collaborate with sales teams to develop initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience at Pavilions.Develop a comprehensive beat plan for Pavilions, oversee & optimize the frequency of visits by the TSI’s to Pavilions, manage inventory and stock levels at Pavilions, meticulously track sales analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales performance.Provide leadership and guidance to TSI’s to enhance their performance and foster a culture of excellence.Develop and implement process for online demand generation tracking, leveraging digital marketing channels to drive customer interest and engagement, oversee the sales conversion process from online demand, collaborate with channel & marketing teams to integrate digital tools and technologies into retail sales processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.Strong understanding of the electrical market, retail operations, and reselling ecosystem.Proven experience in retail sales management, with a focus on relationship building and problem-solving.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Willingness to travel and work independently within a regional territory.Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, and/or Telugu languages is highly preferred.Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and the ability to drive organizational change to embrace digital initiatives.
