The Role: MANAGER - PANEL BUILDERS

 

The account manager will be responsible for managing sales from Panel Builders in Hyderabad(Telangana State) including Schneider Electric partners (MV/LV) by developing sales opportunities for transactional products and solutions. She/He is expected to lead the customer’s journey, from business development to after-sales services.

Account Management by developing and growing full Schneider Electric business with Panel fabricators, establishing long term business relationship with owners and various stakeholders/decision makers.

Develop new sales opportunities and addresses the needs of larger accounts

Map out, qualify and recruit potential Schneider Electric partners (panel builders) , and leading customers’ journey into the required certification processes

Robust pipeline development by ensuring timely forecast and healthy and profitable project pipeline, from the Panel Builders.

Responsible for monthly orders and sales performances as aligned with targets for the assigned accounts.

Develop strategic and tactical plans for converting from competing brands to Schneider Electric by ensuring value proposition selling.

Business intelligence by being able to actively network to industry stakeholders including but not limited to pricing, competition product positioning, channel partners, etc.

Utilize comprehensive product, electrical systems, competitor and customer knowledge to act as a consultant to high-level customer contacts regarding customer's long-range goals.

Serve as a resource and/or liaison to provide technical information to internal and external groups across all SE products and solutions.

Facilitate strategic proposals. Manage orders to assigned customer expectations

Negotiate and coordinate pricing strategies, market conditions and changes for applicable area. Analyzes market to achieve higher margin results

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through in-depth knowledge of customer's organization, mutually trusting relationships with key decision makers, and account dedication

 Experience Required:3 to 5 Years Full Time Work Experience preferrably in Panel Builders

Knowledge on Low Voltage Switchgear  Products  & Automation is required.

 

 

 

Qualifications Required:BE/Btech
