Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is actively searching for a Manager - Manufacturing Engineering to lead a team supporting our Suture Assembly Manufacturing Operations in Ave Maria, Florida. This position provides leadership for manufacturing engineers responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving processes across suture needle attaching, suture assembly, automation, fixture design, and engineering change management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and enhancing quality, throughput, and process capability within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This position requires a bachelors degree in engineering, 7 years of manufacturing engineering/manufacturing operations experience and 3 years supervisory or management experience. Knowledge of all manufacturing machines.

Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
