Join our dynamic Global Trade (GT) team and play a key role in supporting the Power & Controls Strategic Business Unit at our Phoenix, AZ site. As the Global Trade Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Global Trade compliance program, ensuring alignment with RTX, Collins Aerospace, and US international trade regulations. This is a critical role within the Phoenix business, where you’ll ensure both regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies. In this position, you will manage and coordinate the day-to-day implementation of Global Trade policies, procedures, and initiatives, making a significant impact on the success of our operations.

What You Will Do

  • Site adherence to all aspects of Global Trade compliance at the business.
  • Ensuring that GT policy and procedure implementation is rolled out in accordance with Central GT deliverables and priorities including use of the RISC tool.
  • General GT inquiries or “walk-ups” from site employees
  • Supporting site GT communications.
  • Supporting monthly GT site councils.
  • Support GT training and driving GT culture/awareness.
  • Sanctioned Party List Review & Release in Salesforce & GTS
  • Visitor management and support of facility access controls with the local security team including:
  • Visitor approvals for Phoenix Campus
  • Manage facility access controls with local security team
  • ICP drafting and first line of approval (ultimately needs to be approved by U.S. regional lead and Director
  • Immigration checklist reviews and approvals

What You Will Learn

  • Develop a deep understanding of site-level adherence to Global Trade compliance, ensuring that the business meets all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Gain expertise in rolling out and executing GT policies and procedures in line with Central GT deliverables, while utilizing tools like the RISC tool to track compliance.
  • Developing your skills in stakeholder management, communication, and collaborative decision-making

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Global trade program experience
  • Project management experience
  • Understanding of ITAR/EAR
  • Experience of interpreting and managing policies and procedures
  • Developing and implementing standard work and procedures
  • Experience in the Aerospace Industry

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
