Job Summary
The Manager, Electrical Systems Engineering is responsible for leading a team of 10-15 engineers and technicians in the design and development of 3-phase power products. This role requires strong technical knowledge, as well as excellent coaching and leadership skills to guide and mentor team members. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, experience with 3 phase power, systems engineering background, an understanding of printed circuit board design and development, and experience in developing and managing a high-performing team.
