The role of this Electrical Engineering Manager is to lead a team of Electrical Engineers in architecting, designing, and testing high-quality electronic gaming machines and components. This is a hands-on role with a mix of coordinating and
coaching/inspirationally leading Electrical Engineers, as well as managing stakeholders, suppliers, and internal customers throughout various product development projects in the region.
Lead and co-ordinate Electrical Engineering development across the regional team
Inspirationally coach, mentor, and develop staff members within the Engineering team
Coordinate and coach electrical engineers
Perform workload and scheduling coordination for projects and team members
Facilitate a work environment allowing the team to work unimpeded with administration tasks
What We're Looking For
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience level.
Minimum 10 years of experience in electronics engineering development
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading engineering teams
Proven capability in technical project leadership
Highly proficient at organizing, scheduling, and coordinating design partner activities and deliverables
Experience with complex system products
Knowledge of product development processes
Familiarity with global EMC and Safety standards & regulations
Strong written and oral communication skills as it is expected to communicate across different technical and nontechnical disciplines
Self-motivated and adaptable to change - can operate within a dynamic environment
Able to sort through competing/conflicting priorities to arrive at an optimal solution
Prior Experience in a highly regulated environment is desirable

$132,375 - $245,840 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
