- Process Flow Design:
- Interprets information to quantify the anticipated outcome of supply chain decisions.
- Describes the typical tasks associated with using and managing suppliers.

- Uses a variety of business process design tools and techniques.
- Examines, interprets, and explains workflow materials and documentation.
- Analyzes a process and associated business logic and offers recommendations based on analysis.
- Carries out business process design tasks with some supervision and coaching.
- Documents common obstacles and barriers for effective implementation.
- Business Acumen:
- Supports the development of business cases and recommendations.
- Owns the delivery of project activity and tasks assigned by others.
- Supports process updates and changes.
- Solves simple business issues.
- Demonstrates functional knowledge of the business unit/organization being supported.

- Automation System Design:
- Identifies the areas for usage of automation machineries.

- Identifies issues and provides resolutions to problems related to automation machineries.
- Automation Integration:
- Identifies common issues and considerations for bringing a new automation design to a facility.

- Documents implementation plans and estimates for projects.
- Documents project implementation meetings, particularly status reports on next steps.
- Participates in the development of technology interfaces and bridges.
- Works with existing interfaces and integration and migration plans within assigned area.
- Prepares integration tests.
- Measures and compares results with established test criteria.
- Talent Management:
- Identifies the key roles and responsibilities in the group and the career ladder for assigned function.
- Explains how the concept of a career path can be used to identify future desired roles.
- Demonstrates the ability to help integrate new members into the team.

Qualifications:
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field + 2 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
- Option 2: 4 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
- Location: Onsite role in Bentonville, Arkansas.
- Remote Work: Not considered.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if:
- Project Management: Ability to oversee and coordinate projects effectively.
- Process Flow Design: Expertise in designing and optimizing workflows.
- Background Knowledge in Aviation, FAA, or Drone Knowledge: Familiarity with aviation industry standards, FAA regulations, or drone technology.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
