Makino CNC Machinist 

Hours: 2nd shift (flexible start time)

Location: Hanover Park, IL

Summary:

The Makino Operator's purpose is to produce high precision components according to the customer's print, specifications, and guidelines. Operator will produce components according to the rate determined by Camcraft.

Qualifications


- Start the machine and perform start up inspection

- Ensure that proper gauging is being used for the job

- Read and understand blueprints

- Produce high precision components according to the blueprint

- Produce high precision components at rate

- Perform all necessary part inspection using gauging instruments specified in the inspection sheet

- Perform necessary statistical process control

- Clean the workstation, check machine fluid levels and refill as needed

- Understand company software and other related Camcraft operating systems

-Follows established safety practices and requirements pertaining to the type of work involved

-Other duties as assigned
