Now Hiring: Make-Ready Technician

Pay: $18/hr

Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Express is seeking a Make-Ready Technician for work at multiple job sites. Duties include minor repairs, painting, light plumbing, patching walls, trash removal, cleaning units, and general property maintenance.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a drug screen

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Must have your own tools

• Must use your own vehicle to travel between work sites

The company pays $0.70 per mile for mileage reimbursement, and after going core/permanent, the company offers a company vehicle.
