We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance activities within a high-speed, three-shift manufacturing operation.
**Summary
**
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading maintenance technicians, ensuring the reliability of production and facility equipment, managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and supporting automation and capital projects. This position requires strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
**
Supervise and develop a team of maintenance technicians supporting a three-shift manufacturing operation.
Oversee daily maintenance activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Ensure proper maintenance and operation of all production equipment and plant systems.
Maintain and utilize a CMMS to track work orders, spare parts, supplies, and equipment maintenance history.
Analyze production data to prioritize corrective and preventive maintenance actions.
Implement equipment modifications addressing safety, quality, production, and efficiency concerns.
Participate in hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
Manage capital projects and maintenance-related automation initiatives.
Coordinate with internal and external partners to integrate automation technologies into existing equipment and infrastructure.
Assist HR with interviewing, training, performance evaluations, employee development, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety requirements.
Drive equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

3–5 years of supervisory experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Strong experience with the repair and maintenance of manufacturing and facility equipment.
Strong troubleshooting experience with mechanical, electrical, controls, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
PLC experience required.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, workflow, and operational procedures.
Experience managing capital projects and maintenance-related automation initiatives.
Experience with SAP preferred.
Experience with CMMS/eMaintenance systems preferred.
Familiarity with AutoCAD.
Knowledge of safety, environmental, Hazmat, and used-oil requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.

Bachelor's degree required.
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
OSHA training preferred.
Must be a certified forklift trainer or complete training within 180 days of hire.
