A rapidly growing North American manufacturer in Pleasant Prairie, WI is expanding its U.S. operations and adding skilled Quality Technicians and Maintenance Technicians to its team. This facility is in the middle of a $200+ million expansion project that will increase production capacity by over 700% by 2027, bringing in brand-new extrusion lines, printing presses, and automation equipment.

Perform both mechanical (60%) and electrical (40%) troubleshooting and repair on production equipment
Work on extrusion machines, conveyors, and automation systems—everything from pneumatics and bearings to low-voltage electrical sensors (mostly 24V–115V)
Participate in installation and start-up of new equipment as part of the plant expansion
Ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, or recent technical grads looking to get their foot in the door
Pay: $28.87–$33.41/hr + $2/hr night shift differential
Walk the production floor, collect samples, and perform visual and dimensional inspections
Conduct lab testing on raw materials, in-process product, and finished goods
Record data accurately and help identify non-conformances
Great fit for individuals with 6+ months of manufacturing quality experience or strong mechanical aptitude who thrive in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $24.06/hr + $2/hr night shift differential
2-2-3 rotating schedule (work every other weekend)
Shifts available:
Days: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Nights: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
Hands-on training provided (typically on day shift for the first few weeks)
