1st Shift: 6am-3pm

Inspect, test, and troubleshoot machines to identify and fix issues quickly

Dismantle equipment as needed for repairs and component access.

Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on plastic processing and auxiliary equipment.

Read schematics and diagnose electrical and hydraulic problems.

Verify proper machine performance after repairs or adjustments.

Update and maintain preventive maintenance records in IQMS.

Support a safe work environment and contribute to continuous improvement.

Install or relocate equipment as needed.

Handle additional maintenance tasks or projects as assigned.

2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.

Solid background working with injection molding machines, assembly processes, and related auxiliary equipment.

Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems used in molding operations.

Experience maintaining or troubleshooting robots and automation equipment.

Must have Plastic Injection experience

Reliable time-management skills with a track record of completing tasks accurately and on schedule.

Ability to thrive in a fast-moving production environment.
