Mohr Stamping, Inc is in search of a full-time Maintenance worker to join our team here in Wellington, OH!

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime. If you have a strong mechanical background and a proactive approach to maintenance, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building, machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure machinery is functioning properly and safely.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime during maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance worker in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably in stamping or metalworking.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
