**Maintenance Technician **

Location: Base on Projects

Main Office: Kentucky

Schedule: Full-time |

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000

Role Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in keeping our high-tech facilities running. You’ll work hands-on with advanced material handling equipment (MHE), conveyors, robotics, and automated distribution systems. From preventative maintenance to troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, your expertise will ensure uninterrupted operations that impact customers worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on conveyors, motors, sensors, relays, and robotic systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Support system installations and upgrades for automated packaging and distribution equipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and reliability in every task.
  • Manage department tools, parts, and inventory.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment, standing and moving for extended shifts, and occasionally lifting up to 49 lbs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years working with automated conveyor systems and controls.
  • 2+ years repairing material handling equipment.
  • Hands-on experience with preventative/predictive maintenance procedures.
  • Knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, and electronic principles.
  • Familiarity with MHE safety standards and compliance with OEM guidelines.
  • Experience with robotics or electromechanical systems is a strong plus.
  • Project management or CMMS experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
