Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician in Stamping to join our dynamic team in Roseville, MI.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on stamping machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new stamping equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a stamping or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
