Summary/Objective
Ensure equipment is repaired and maintained in a timely manner by assisting maintenance personnel with mechanical repairs, plumbing and preventative maintenance of equipment.
Essential Functions

Assist maintenance personnel in the repairs of plumbing and food service equipment in the facilities.
Perform monthly preventative maintenance of food service equipment.
Service and maintain fleet of company vehicles.
Assist in completing supply and equipment inventory, as needed.
Assist in tagging new equipment and turning old equipment to appropriate base personnel.
Assist with the transportation of equipment and supply items as required.
Assist in the supply/uniform area as needed- to include inventory of uniforms on delivery days, issuing uniforms and other uniform related items, completing appropriate payroll deduction forms and uniform tracking forms, filling supply orders and the receipt/storage of vendor deliveries, ensuring all items are inventoried and stores according to established procedures.
Perform general custodial duties as needed.
Advise Logistics Manager of parts inventory needs.
Pick up parts locally as needed.
Contact Logistics Manager regarding any emergency situations.
Maintains professional conduct in accordance with WSC policy.
Performs other job-related duties as required by management.

This position has no supervisory responsibility.

This position requires the ability to lift, push, and pull 35 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally; kneeling, standing, bending, squatting, twisting, and walking for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per day.)
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position typically operates Monday thru Friday, 0700-1600.
Travel
Travel is generally not expected for this position.

Work experience in food service equipment repair and maintenance.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Ability to meet the requirements of Air Force background check. NAC/LAC
Current driver license.
