Job Description

We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across our residential/commercial properties. This role handles work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers while ensuring our communities stay safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Pay Range – Eastern NC Market

• Entry Level: $18–$20/hr

• Experienced: $20–$22/hr

• Advanced / HVAC Experience: $22–$24/hr

• EPA Certified + Strong Electrical: Up to $25/hr at select properties

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliances

• Complete all work orders promptly and professionally

• Conduct routine property and system inspections

• Prepare vacated units (paint, patch, replace fixtures, general repairs)

• Maintain common areas, grounds, and building exteriors

• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and join on-call rotation

• Provide excellent service to residents/tenants

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of maintenance or building repair experience

• Working knowledge of general trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in indoor/outdoor conditions

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required

• EPA certification preferred but not required

Schedule

Monday–Friday

On-call rotation for emergencies

Occasional evenings/weekends during peak turnover periods
