Job Title: Maintenance Tech / Process Tech (Hybrid Role)

Job Type: Full-Time | Day and Night shifts available (rotating 12-hour schedule)

This position is ideal for someone with a solid maintenance background who’s looking to grow into process troubleshooting and mold changeovers. If you're mechanically skilled, eager to learn, and thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!
Maintenance Technician Duties:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and support equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
- Support repairs to reduce downtime and improve machine efficiency
- Maintain maintenance logs and report equipment status
Process Technician Support:
- Assist with machine startups and process changes under supervision
- Learn how to monitor and adjust processing parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time)
- Help troubleshoot minor part quality or machine issues
- Work with senior techs to understand part specs and quality standards
Die Setter Duties:
- Assist in mold changeovers, including removing/installing molds and setting up auxiliary equipment
- Ensure mold setups follow correct procedures and safety protocols
- Learn to interpret mold setup sheets and documentation
- Help verify startup part quality after changeover
Requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED required
- 1–2+years of maintenance or mechanical experience in manufacturing preferred
- Basic understanding of injection molding equipment or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings/schematics
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Willingness to learn processing and die setting from experienced team members
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude
