Grow Your Skills in a Hybrid Technical Role!
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and support equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
Support repairs to reduce downtime and improve machine efficiency
Maintain maintenance logs and report equipment status
Assist with machine startups and process changes under supervision
Learn how to monitor and adjust processing parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time)
Help troubleshoot minor part quality or machine issues
Work with senior techs to understand part specs and quality standards
Assist in mold changeovers, including removing/installing molds and setting up auxiliary equipment
Ensure mold setups follow correct procedures and safety protocols
Learn to interpret mold setup sheets and documentation
Help verify startup part quality after changeover
Highschool diploma or GED required
1–2+years of maintenance or mechanical experience in manufacturing preferred
Basic understanding of injection molding equipment or willingness to learn
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment
Ability to read basic mechanical drawings/schematics
Forklift certification or ability to obtain
Willingness to learn processing and die setting from experienced team members
Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude
