Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, diagrams, and schematics.
Experience with injection molding or plastics manufacturing equipment a plus (not required).
Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
