We are seeking a maintenance technician team member for facility in East Chicago, IN.

Openings are on 2nd shift (afternoons-3 p.m. to 11 p.m.).

Requirements

• Candidates must have electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic experience and knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC’s using Rockwell software.
• Variable frequency drive experience is preferred.
• Industrial electrical background, ability to install as well as troubleshoot 3 phase electrical circuits, motors and motor controls are required.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints is necessary.
• Ability to weld and fabricate as needed.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Heavy industrial manufacturing experience and be computer literate is required.
