We’re looking for a skilled and safety-focused Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing and production operations by keeping equipment, facilities, and systems running reliably. This role is hands-on and plays a key part in minimizing downtime, supporting safety initiatives, and driving continuous improvement on the production floor
Key highlights of the role:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on bottling lines, production equipment, facility systems, and grounds
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to reduce downtime and maintain optimal equipment performance
Follow maintenance safety standards, report hazards, and participate in safety inspections and investigations
Maintain and follow SOPs for maintenance activities, equipment, facilities, and special projects
Communicate equipment status, issues, and repair progress with supervisors and cross-functional teams
Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and efficiency
Requirements (Must-Have)
Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree or graduation from Trade School is preferred
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced operational setting.
Hands-on electrical experience, including PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Ability to work at heights up to 20 feet and safely operate industrial equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
Apprenticeship completion, technical school training, or associate degree.
Welding or fabrication experience is a huge plus
Continuous growth and progression within prior maintenance roles.
Allen-Bradley PLC or automation-related certifications.
