Job Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled and safety-focused Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing and production operations by keeping equipment, facilities, and systems running reliably. This role is hands-on and plays a key part in minimizing downtime, supporting safety initiatives, and driving continuous improvement on the production floor

Key highlights of the role:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on bottling lines, production equipment, facility systems, and grounds

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to reduce downtime and maintain optimal equipment performance

  • Follow maintenance safety standards, report hazards, and participate in safety inspections and investigations

  • Maintain and follow SOPs for maintenance activities, equipment, facilities, and special projects

  • Communicate equipment status, issues, and repair progress with supervisors and cross-functional teams

  • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and efficiency

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree or graduation from Trade School is preferred

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced operational setting.

  • Hands-on electrical experience, including PLC programming and troubleshooting.

  • Ability to work at heights up to 20 feet and safely operate industrial equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

  • Apprenticeship completion, technical school training, or associate degree.

  • Welding or fabrication experience is a huge plus

  • Continuous growth and progression within prior maintenance roles.

  • Allen-Bradley PLC or automation-related certifications.
