Job Overview:
Flexcraft is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our blow molding and injection molding equipment running safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance on molding and auxiliary equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic issues
- Work with 480V/three‑phase electrical systems
- Support equipment installations, relocations & upgrades
- Maintain accurate CMMS records
- Collaborate with Engineering & Production to reduce downtime
- Follow all OSHA & safety procedures
What You Bring
- 2+ years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic & electrical knowledge
- Ability to use hand tools, shop equipment & welding tools (a plus)
- Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, safety‑focused

Available Shifts – 12-Hour Schedule (2-3-2 Format)
We currently operate on a 12-hour shift schedule using a 2-3-2 rotation, which means:
You work 2 days, then have 2 days off
Then you work 3 days, followed by 2 days off
Then you work 2 days, and the cycle repeats
This allows for a consistent rotation and includes every other weekend off.
Shift Times:
Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
