Job Overview:

Flexcraft is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our blow molding and injection molding equipment running safely and efficiently. If you’re a hands‑on problem solver with strong mechanical and electrical skills, this is your chance to join a team that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventive maintenance on molding and auxiliary equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic issues
  • Work with 480V/three‑phase electrical systems
  • Support equipment installations, relocations & upgrades
  • Maintain accurate CMMS records
  • Collaborate with Engineering & Production to reduce downtime
  • Follow all OSHA & safety procedures

What You Bring

  • 2+ years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic & electrical knowledge
  • Ability to use hand tools, shop equipment & welding tools (a plus)
  • Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, safety‑focused

Available Shifts – 12-Hour Schedule (2-3-2 Format)
We currently operate on a 12-hour shift schedule using a 2-3-2 rotation, which means:
You work 2 days, then have 2 days off
Then you work 3 days, followed by 2 days off
Then you work 2 days, and the cycle repeats
This allows for a consistent rotation and includes every other weekend off.

Shift Times:
Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
