Shift: 6:15 PM-7:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $40.50 an hour + $2.00 shift differential

Shifts Available: 12-hour shifts, 6:15pm - 7:00am, Sun-Wed.

Compensation: Hourly Rate: $42.00 per hour+shift differential

The Maintenance Lead provides technical analysis and decision support to Maintenance Technicians on their assigned team. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for leading their crew and assigning the scheduled activities and work to be accomplished on shift. An understanding of electrical/instrumentation and mechanical craft trades is required.

You Will:

• Participate in reliability-based maintenance elements
• Direct shift activities necessary for maintaining and repairing equipment, facility, grounds, and structures
• Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance personnel to increase effectiveness and establish good working relationships
• Ability to innovative approaches to resolve complex problems
• Promote an environment conducive to teams, teamwork, and line-driven accountability.
• Track, analyze and take corrective action to prevent equipment down time
• Ensure maintenance systems policies and procedures are followed
• Provide technical assistance resources for production related activities
• Keep cross-functional management informed of the status of maintenance issues affecting production and product deployment
• Ensure plant safety, health and environmental standards and regulations are met
