Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 /Hourly

Shift:  Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 3:00pm, with overtime occasionally available. 

We are currently hiring a 1st shift Maintenance Technician Lead to work in our Little Chute & Appleton locations.

Responsibilities

• Performs all PM’s based on a scheduled event for all Lake Air plants, track results
• Working with the Maintenance manager prioritize and resolve all requests for maintenance and repair services
• Provide technical support by training and troubleshooting to all manufacturing employees
• Interpret operational manuals, manufacturer’s specifications, blueprints, and schematics for manufacturing and ancillary equipment
• Inspect completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards
• Maintain machine repair records

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
• Experience with pneumatics, PLC, electrical, and/or programming
• Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and easily adapt to change.
