Job Overview:

Shift Schedules

  • 2nd Shift – Monday to Friday
  • 3rd Shift – Monday to Friday
  • Weekend Shift – Friday–Sunday (hours vary by department)

(Shift placement determined by plant needs; training may occur on a different shift.)

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians for 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekend shift — one opening on each shift. This role performs installation, maintenance, and repair of plant‑wide electrical equipment, wiring, and mechanical systems. Work includes electrical systems above 480 volts, troubleshooting complex circuitry, performing major repairs on motors and control systems, and supporting mechanical maintenance across the facility. Technicians will work with a wide range of tools and equipment, interpret blueprints and schematics, and ensure compliance with Minnesota electrical codes. Strong safety awareness, technical skill, and independent judgment are essential, as the position involves working in dynamic environments with changing conditions.

We are open to candidates with general maintenance experience or trade backgrounds, even if you do not have extensive electrical experience. Qualified candidates may be placed into an Apprenticeship Program, where schooling, books, and hands‑on training are fully paid for.

After 30, 60, and 90 days, you will complete skill‑based testing to determine eligibility for higher pay tiers.
