In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment while assisting with fabrication and facility maintenance to keep our operations running safely and efficiently.

Principal functional responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
  • Complete work described in work orders and document work performed.
  • Identify and address failures in mechanical systems including hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and plumbing.
  • Provide general assistance in project execution including fabrication, construction, and labor.
  • Diagnose and repair paint spraying systems including pumps, guns and mixing units.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot mechanical systems.
  • Working knowledge of power and hand tools required for industrial equipment repairs.
  • Build/weld components used for production needs.
  • Provide general facility and janitorial assistance as needed.
  • Follow all safety rules, JSA and work instructions.
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner.
  • Fix unsafe conditions.
  • Follow all environmental policies.
  • Communicate with production team members following equipment repairs to confirm work and address any resulting Issues.

Compensation: $30.00-35.00 Depending on experience

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • High School diploma.
  • 1-year industrial maintenance experience.
  • 1-year fabrication experience.
  • Certification in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
  • Good computer skills required.
  • Must be able to be forklift operator certified.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail.
  • Must have good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Physical demands: ability to stand, lean, stoop, walk or crawl on hands and knee on concrete floor
  • LIGHT - Exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
  • Exposure to various building noises and temperatures.
