Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II with strong electromechanical experience to support CNC manufacturing operations in a fast paced production environment. This role requires a hands on technician with advanced troubleshooting capabilities in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Candidates should be confident working independently on CNC machine repairs, machine geometries, and industrial maintenance systems.

This facility operates under ITAR regulations. Applicants must qualify as a U.S. Person. Drug screening and background check are required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues independently
  • Work with 3 phase power systems and motor control circuits
  • Perform preventative maintenance on CNC equipment and facility systems
  • Read and interpret machine mechanical prints and electrical schematics
  • Use electrical testing equipment including multimeters safely and effectively
  • Repair and maintain pumps, including pump seal replacement
  • Check and set machine geometries and perform machine alignments
  • Troubleshoot machine controls and production equipment to minimize downtime
  • Maintain lubrication systems, coolant systems, and machine adjustments
  • Support facility maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong CNC machine repair experience required
  • Experience troubleshooting 3 phase electrical systems and motor controls
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands on troubleshooting ability
  • Experience using electrical testing equipment and multimeters safely
  • Familiarity with machine geometries, alignments, and adjustments
  • Pump repair and pump seal replacement experience preferred
  • Fanuc controls experience strongly preferred, transferable CNC control systems considered
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication, attendance, and teamwork skills
