How You’ll Contribute to Rhino:

• Use your expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting high-speed packaging equipment, including flow wrappers, bagging machines, case erectors, and sealing units, to ensure our production lines are always at their best.
• Bring your knowledge of automation equipment and robotic systems to the table, as we aim to streamline our processes and enhance our production capabilities.
• Apply your multifaceted skills in building trades, encompassing light carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, and the installation of mechanical systems, to maintain a robust and efficient manufacturing environment.
• Utilize your proficiency in programmable logic controller (PLC) troubleshooting and entry-level programming to fine-tune our equipment and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Employ your electrical troubleshooting skills to maintain motors, variable frequency drives, and interlocked systems, utilizing your knowledge of both PLC and relay logic for effective problem-solving.
• Showcase your welding and fabrication experience, including tungsten inert gas welding, sanitary welding, and experience with mill and lathe operations, to ensure our machinery is always in top-notch condition.

Requirements

 Skills and Experience You’ll Bring:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, particularly within the food manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in methodical troubleshooting, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis, showcasing your dedication to maintaining high standards.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and a solid understanding of entry-level programming will give you an edge in this role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems and a strong background in welding and fabrication techniques are highly valued.
