POSITION SUMMARY

This full-time position will perform preventative maintenance and repairs within our production and taproom facilities. Our maintenance technician’s works closely with the production teams to ensure efficient and safe brewing operations. Shift hours described below, will start once training is complete.  

Schedule: Monday - Friday 

Shift:  2:00pm – 10:00pm

Rotating On-Call: Weekday evenings and weekend on call rotation. Every seven weeks, technician will be on call after normal operating hours. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Executing preventative maintenance routes.
  • Performing necessary equipment repairs in a timely fashion.
  • Assisting in process improvement of packaging, brewing, and facility processes.
  • Assisting in developing SOPs and future maintenance programs.
  • Daily cleaning and organizing of the maintenance area.
  • Creates and cultivates an inclusive environment for our guests and co-owners.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Maintenance work experience, preferably in either brewery or manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Safe and efficient use of hand tool and power tools
  • Troubleshooting in a challenging environment
  • Manufacturing mechanical knowledge
  • General electrical knowledge and wiring skills
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude

PREFERRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED, BUT HELPFUL)

  • Commercial brewing and packaging processes
  • Motor and pump maintenance and rebuilding 
  • Boiler and steam generator maintenance
  • General HVAC/R troubleshooting
  • Plumbing knowledge
  • Fabrication/Welding skills
  • Experience in painting, drywall and basic carpentry

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • The ability to work long hours on your feet 
  • The ability to work in a hot, wet, and loud environment
  • The ability to lift 50lbs to shoulder height
  • The ability to crouch, bend, lift and reach
  • The ability to remain focused and level-headed under demanding situations
  • Must complete a physical agilities assessment post-offer

COMPENSATION 

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Odell’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.

Hourly Rate Range:

$24.00 - $28.00
