Maintenance Technician – Food Manufacturing

A growing food production facility in Fort Worth is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to its team. This is a 1st shift opportunity with a stable company and consistent hours.

Candidates with food manufacturing or packaging experience are highly preferred.

Schedule:

Monday – Saturday (day shift; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay:

$25–$26/hr depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

Perform maintenance and repairs on production and packaging equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Minimize downtime and support production efficiency
Assist with equipment installs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance
Follow GMP and food safety standards
Support general facility maintenance as needed

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Food manufacturing experience preferred (GMP/sanitation environment)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge
Experience with conveyors, packaging lines, or similar equipment
Own tools preferred but not required
Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
