Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including conveyor systems and servo motors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLCs, VFDs, and other automation equipment.
• Conduct machine safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Assist in the programming and wiring of PLCs, ensuring proper functionality.
• Utilize your hydraulics experience to maintain and repair hydraulic systems.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in equipment technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting skills with experience in Allen Bradley and Siemens systems.
• Solid electrical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of machine safety protocols.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics and industrial automation equipment.
• Familiarity with variable frequency drives (VFD) and servo motors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
