Entry-Level Maintenance Technician

📍 Appleton, WI Area

We are looking for an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their maintenance and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.

Shift Options

• 12-hour straight shift (2-2-3 schedule)
• 8-hour shifts available on:- Days- PMs
  • Nights

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot simple mechanical and electrical issues
• Support production equipment uptime
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Follow safety and company procedures

Requirements

• At least 6 months of PLC troubleshooting experience
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Willingness to learn and grow in a maintenance role

You should be proficient in:

• PLC Troubleshooting Skills
