One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a motivated and skilled **Maintenance Technician(Electrical) **to join their team in Whiteland, IN.

**Pay Rate: **$29 - $33/hr

**Shift: **2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment, electrical systems, and building utilities.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and electrical components.

• Recommend equipment or process changes to improve reliability, quality, and performance.

• Maintain electrical drawings, repair logs, and spare parts records.

• Manage spare parts inventory for critical equipment.

• Work with maintenance and engineering teams to solve technical problems.

• Investigate recurring equipment issues and implement solutions to prevent them.

• Assist with the installation, testing, and startup of new equipment.

• Coordinate outside contractors working on HVAC, utilities, fire protection, and other facility systems.Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.

• 6+ years of hands-on maintenance experience required.

• Experience coordinating contractors for facility utilities and safety systems.

• Good organizational skills for maintenance records, spare parts, and reporting.
