Pay
- $27.00–$32.00 per hour
- Higher pay may be available for candidates with strong multi-craft or Millwright experience.
Schedule
Multiple shift opportunities available depending on the facility:
- Day Shift
- Split/Rotating Shift
- Overtime Available
- Occasional On-Call (varies by location)
What You'll Do
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll maintain production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and support manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform preventative, predictive, and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.
- Repair conveyors, gearboxes, motors, bearings, pumps, mixers, hoppers, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot facility systems including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance.
- Install new equipment and assist with equipment upgrades and capital projects.
- Perform welding and light fabrication as needed.
- Read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Complete maintenance work orders and repair documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE, and company safety procedures.
QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Preventative maintenance experience
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks
Preferred
- HVAC maintenance experience
- Millwright experience
- Welding and fabrication skills
- Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes
- Allen-Bradley controls experience
- CNC maintenance experience
- Technical degree, apprenticeship, or Journeyman certification
- Plastics manufacturing experience (preferred but not required)
