Maintenance Technician, Louisville, KY

Starting pay: $29.65

You will receive an increase every 6 months until you reach the target rate

Sign on bonus: $1000 after 90 days

Shift: Day 6:00am – 4:45pm Monday – Thursday

Occasional overtime on Friday and Saturday 5:00am – 1:00pm

As aMaintenance Technician,you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Determining and performing required maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, aligning/adjusting parts, calibrating, etc.).
• Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing machines and equipment and ordering/installing replacement parts.
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical).
• Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield.
• Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance).
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems.
• Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform confined space entry and work at heights.

• The position requires frequent lifting, climbing, standing, walking, crouching, squatting, bending, and kneeling.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
