Pay:About the RoleWheeling, ILMaintenance Technician
CNC Mills, Lathes, and Swiss MachinesKey Responsibilities- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss machines
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure uptime and efficiency
Recommend and implement equipment improvements or upgrades
Adhere to all safety and quality standards and procedures
What We’re Looking For- 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment
Experience working on CNC Mills, Lathes, or Swiss machines required
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and machine manuals
PLC troubleshooting experience a plus (not required)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to work overtime as needed
