Job Overview:
A local Albany company is seeking a
Maintenance Technician / Apartment Turnover Specialist
to join their team. This role is responsible for building upkeep and supporting general maintenance tasks, including apartment turnovers, painting, light construction, sanitation, grounds keeping, landscaping, and snow removal. The position also involves collaborating with outside contractors and skilled trades professionals to complete larger projects.

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour, depending on experience

Tasks:
- Perform general building and property upkeep
- Complete apartment turnovers (painting, cleaning, repairs, etc.)
- Handle light construction, sanitation, and mechanical tasks
- Maintain grounds including landscaping and snow removal
- Operate powered equipment and tools safely
- Work with outside contractors and vendors on large-scale projects
- Collaborate with tradesmen to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, construction, landscaping, or groundskeeping (required)
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems (a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage project lists
- Mechanically inclined and able to use powered tools and equipment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
