Job Overview:

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team!

We are seeking a motivated, dependable Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and hydraulic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical experience, can troubleshoot electrical systems, understands basic PLC functions, and is comfortable repairing and replacing hydraulic components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V using a Fluke multimeter.

  • Perform electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacement.

  • Demonstrate basic PLC knowledge, including understanding inputs and outputs and performing basic functions such as resetting a drive.

  • Repair and replace hydraulic pumps and valves.

  • Perform mechanical repairs and replacements on:- Chains

    • Belts
    • Sprockets
    • Rollers
    • Bearings
    • Shafts
  • Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.

  • Diagnose equipment problems and determine appropriate repair solutions.

  • Work safely and follow all company safety procedures and maintenance practices.

  • Work alongside experienced technicians and leads to continue developing equipment knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

  • Grow in technical knowledge and proficiency through hands-on maintenance work.

Requirements

Required

  • Electrical troubleshooting experience, including the ability to safely use a Fluke multimeter.
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical systems from 24V to 480V.
  • Basic PLC knowledge, including understanding inputs and outputs and basic drive troubleshooting/reset procedures.
  • Hydraulic maintenance experience, including the ability to repair or replace hydraulic pumps and valves.
  • Mechanical maintenance experience involving chains, belts, sprockets, rollers, bearings, and shafts.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following established safety procedures.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively with maintenance leads and team members.

Preferred, But Not Required

  • Basic MIG or Stick welding experience.
  • Crane experience or crane certification.
  • Additional industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience.
