Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies during the shift.

Qualifications

• Food or Produce Manufacturing Experience Preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
