• Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting and repairing of electronic, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems of equipment.

• Upkeep and maintenance of equipment.

• Follow safety procedures.

• Perform assigned preventative maintenance.

• Operate material handling equipment, machinery, and powered equipment.

• Machine maintenance, mechanical repair, and electrical troubleshooting experience required, ability to follow standard operating procedures.

• 5+ years of machine maintenance experience and facilities maintenance: blow molding, auxillary equipment: air compressors, chillers, dryers, and material handling systems, and Kuka robotics ideal.

• Must be able to work in extreme heat or cold environments, ambient temperatures.

• Must have basic hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair in the following areas:

• Pneumatics

• Hydraulics

• Mechanics

• Electrical/ electronic systems (24V-480V)

• Robotics

• Must follow Lock out/ tag out procedures.

You should be proficient in:

• Equipment Troubleshooting
• Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
• Motor Replacement/Repair/Maintenance
• Preventive Maintenance & Inspection
• Maintenance and Repair Skills
• High School / GED
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
• Blow Molding Experience
