Join us as a Maintenance Technician in our North Aurora, IL facility.
CNC Repair knowledge is REQUIRED for this role.
You will develop and execute Machine Preventative Maintenance Schedules including predictive maintenance on all types of CNC, Injection Molding, Fabrication, Welding, Assembly, Testing, HVAC, and Facility equipment.

More details about the opportunity:
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC problems on machinery and equipment to determine the extent and method of repairs and/or replacement of worn or defective parts. Establish and document a troubleshooting process based on findings.
Perform a wide variety of repairs and/or fabrications on various machines and production equipment such as: CNC, Injection Molding, Fabrication, Welding, Assembly, Testing, HVAC and Facility equipment.
Determine root cause of maintenance issues. Suggest, execute and document necessary improvements. Root Cause Analysis training is a plus.
Work from prints, schematics, drawings and sketches. Including electrical, hydraulic, air, plumbing and structural.
Work with CMMS system to manage Maintenance work order requests, PM’s an order replacement parts and materials to maintain inventories.
Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (M-Fri)
You will train on 1st shift for a period of approximately 3-4 months.
Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
