Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician for our 2nd Shift operations in Greensboro, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our facility's machinery and equipment. Responsibilities

• Create and implement effective preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Work with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting to maintain and repair equipment.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and efficiency.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with a focus on preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
• Solid understanding of electrical troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
