Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician for our 2nd shift operations at our facility in Ambridge, PA (15003). If you have a knack for mechanical troubleshooting and experience in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you! Join our team and play a key role in ensuring our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Assemble, intall, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, machinery, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand, power, and precision measuring tools.
  • Utlize or fabricate all types of mechanical parts (fitting, valves, etc.) needed from cold rolled steel, stainless steel, steel plate, structural steel members and other metals.
  • Maintain electrical equipment to meet regulatory codes at the country, state, and federal levels.

Qualifications

  • Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Two years' experience working in a manufacturing or industrial enviroment required.
  • Basic trouble shooting skills with ability to assist with repairs and diagnostics of advanced prcoessing equipment, CNC, material handling system, press brakes, lifting devices and sawing equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

You should be proficient in:

  • Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
  • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
