Responsibilities

• Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in machinery.
• Utilize hydraulics experience to maintain and repair hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure precision and efficiency in operations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance maintenance processes and reduce downtime.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating preventive maintenance plans.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of electrical systems.
• Experience with hydraulic systems and components.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting CNC machines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
