Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of blow molding or Filler Machines. Hydraulic and pneumatic, schematics and blueprints, 480-volt, 3 phase motors.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts if necessary.
