Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs on equipment, machinery, and building systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, pnuematics, hydraulics, mill and lathe a plus

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
